What a Steal: All-Clad Saucepans

Last weekend I decided to hit up a local outlet mall to check in on some of my favorites, like Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and Restoration Hardware.

Ever since I got really serious about cooking, I've wanted to upgrade from my starter cookware set to All-Clad Stainless Steel, which is made in the U.S.A. But I didn't want to buy a set or pay full price when buying one piece at a time.

So you can imagine my excitement when I walked over to the All-Clad section at the Williams-Sonoma outlet and saw the "50 % off" signs hanging on the racks!

I closely inspected each piece and ended up snagging two perfect saucepans -- a 1.5-quart and a large 4-quart -- for half the retail price!

1.5-quart
Original: $74.95
Sale: $37.45

4-quart
Original: $185.00
Sale: $92.50

Even at half price the saucepans were a pretty hefty investment, but when I considered that I would have these for the better part of 30 years (at least), and that they were made in the U.S. and this purchase would support American jobs, I was happy to make the investment.

When you're in the market for new cookware, don't forget to check out your local Williams-Sonoma outlet for steals!

Holy crap! That's awesome - so jealous that you have a WS Outlet store nearby. I've always wanted All-Clad cookware, too. I bought Belgique instead, it's (much) younger cousin. It's pretty but not world-class like All-Clad. Sigh.
